Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Flowave service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Flowave provides AI phone receptionist software for small service businesses, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, painting, cleaning, and power washing companies. The service answers incoming calls, captures leads, and books appointments on your behalf.

Service Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

The Flowave service is provided on an ‘as-is’ and ‘as-available’ basis. While we work to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific business requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowave LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages (including but not limited to our telephony, AI model, and infrastructure providers), or unforeseen technical issues.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Billing and Payment

Flowave subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize Flowave to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If a payment fails or is disputed, we may suspend your service until the balance is resolved. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ written notice sent to the email address on file. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

SMS Program Terms

Program name: Flowave Call Summary Notifications

Description: Automated SMS summaries of calls handled by your AI receptionist, sent to the business owner’s mobile number on file.

Message frequency: Varies with call volume, typically 5–20 messages per day.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS notifications.

Reply HELP for support.

Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and major regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

Flowave and its associated technology, branding, and content are the property of Flowave LLC. You retain ownership of your business data, including call records and lead information generated through your use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowave LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data by emailing carter@flowaveai.com.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
